The Bodoni font was created by Giambattista Bodoni in Italy around 1798. This font is one that has gone through many evolutions from type, from metal cast type, to typewriters, and computers. Famous for its extreme contrast between thick and thin strokes, vertical stress, and flat, unbracketed hairlines, Bodoni is still used today.

This stationery set follows a system based on an iconic mark. Highlighting the typeface, Bodoni, I emphasized its drastic change in line-weight by eliminating the thin connecting lines from the dense verticals. This iconic mark system is applied across the stationery set, which includes a letterhead, an invoice sheet, fax sheet, business card, and envelope.
